At iconicenterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality sportswear, fitness wear, fashion apparel, boxing equipment, and custom-manufactured products. We carefully inspect our products to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return if the product:

• Arrives damaged or defective.
• Is significantly different from the agreed specifications.
• Contains a manufacturing defect.
• Is incorrect due to an error on our part.

Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return or refund if they have been produced according to the customer’s approved specifications.

Before production, customers are responsible for confirming product details, including sizes, colors, designs, logos, materials, quantities, and other specifications.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product or reported issue has been reviewed.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and applicable payment provider policies.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products may generally not be eligible for return:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized products
• Products manufactured according to approved specifications
• Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or an error on our part, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate return shipping solution.

For returns requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
